All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in India. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 business days before dispatch.

Delivery timelines

Within India: 3–7 business days

Australia: 7–14 business days

Other international destinations: 10–21 business days

Customs & import duties (international orders)

For orders shipped outside India, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or shipping carriers once the order has left our warehouse.
